Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Additional cleaning fee required to hire a certified cleaning professional between bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Our newly renovated home offers a ton of natural light, downtown city views, peek-a-boo Hollywood sign views, mountain views, and tree top views! Absolutely stunning!!! It also features a beautifully open kitchen with all brand new appliances: a 6 burner + griddle/grill gas range stove, double oven, dishwasher, Samsung Smart Fridge, and a 46 bottle wine fridge. Also, an 11ft island! The PERFECT place to film a cooking program, or host a cooking class! The backyard can be seen through the 5-panel panoramic glass doors, from the moment you step through the front door of the home! Front yard features olive trees and a round-a-bout driveway that can fit up to 4 vehicles. Backyard features olive trees & a wood fence.
