About the Space

Studio C2 is a 600 sqf black and white studio suitable for interviews, music videos, and much more with a height of 16 feet to the grid. Ironbound is 48,000 sqf production space in the heart of Newark's Historic Ironbound section, just 15 minutes from NY, and 5 minutes from Newark airport. Our studios hosts 48,000 sqf of usable production space with studios ranging from 600 sqf to 7500 sqf. Full high end amenities with wifi and wired ethernet throughout the building. The facility boasts original wood and steel beams, - Eleven bathrooms (11) - Eight showers (8) - 3 Kitchens with (3) - Seven Spacious studios (7) -Outdoor Deck and support space for filming, office work, pre and post-production, vocal booths, and an array of office spaces and meeting rooms. The facility is a one-stop shop production space for small to large scale productions of every variety. The facility can also be converted for event space for private screenings, parties, weddings, and much more.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
