About the Space

Our space is available for photo and video shoots, art gallery setups and small events, such as mixers and pop-ups. Natural lighting is abundant and our white walls and floors brighten the space even more. We are located in East Williamsburg, near vintage shop, L Train Vintage. There are convenience stores, wine shops and small restaurants in the area. ***Please keep in mind that we are located on the 4th floor. There is a freight elevator that is available for heavy items MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please let me know if you need access to the freight elevator before your booking.*** ***Seamless Backdrops are available for rent. It is $20 for use of a 107" roll and $12 for use of a 52" roll.***

***Please follow all studio rules in order to avoid extra fees.*** This studio is under video surveillance, which CAN and WILL be used for dispute resolution ONLY. You will NOT be watched during the time of your booking. Video footage is only stored for 7 days. Being that our studio runs on self sufficiency, we expect our clients to leave the space the way it was presented at the start of the session. We have an extra cleaning fee of $50 if the space is left unclean and disorganized. Please dispose of any garbage at the large garbage cans located near the stairwells. Please put furniture and equipment back where it was found. No smoking/vaping. A fee of $50 will be charged if any of this occurs on the premises. EVERYONE MUST WEAR A FACE MASK IN HALLWAYS, STAIRWELLS AND BATHROOMS. STOP THE SPREAD! No filming, photography, changing of clothing, makeup or storage can occur outside of the studio in hallways or stairwells. If bathrooms are used for changing of clothing, please use the stalls, as bathrooms are public. Please NO LOUD MUSIC. Please KEEP TRACK OF THE STUDIO KEYS, RETURN KEYS TO THE LOCKBOX AT THE END OF YOUR BOOKING and close the door tightly when you leave. If you stay any more than 5 minutes past the end of your booking it will automatically extend by 30 minutes and you will be charged at a rate of x1.5. For example, if your booking ends at 1:00 pm and you do not vacate the studio until 1:06 pm. You will automatically be charged an extra 30 minutes. YOU MAY EXTEND THE TIME OF YOUR BOOKING, if there are no bookings following yours. To extend your booking you may message, text or call me during your booking. In this case, you'll be charged the regular booking rate. All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into considerations when you make the booking.
