About the Space
Our space is available for photo and video shoots, art gallery setups and small events, such as mixers and pop-ups. Natural lighting is abundant and our white walls and floors brighten the space even more. We are located in East Williamsburg, near vintage shop, L Train Vintage. There are convenience stores, wine shops and small restaurants in the area. ***Please keep in mind that we are located on the 4th floor. There is a freight elevator that is available for heavy items MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please let me know if you need access to the freight elevator before your booking.*** ***Seamless Backdrops are available for rent. It is $20 for use of a 107" roll and $12 for use of a 52" roll.***

Loved the space however, it being a shoot location on the 4th floor of a steep walk up industrial building should be in bold letters in the description. It was unexpected & hard to carry all of my belongings up there.

Host was very polite and wrote back promptly every time I contacted them. They gave precise instructions on how to reach and access the rented space before I arrived. When arriving the space was very clean and organized and with enough seating for my entire production team. There were multiple resources in the space to help with my shoot and returning and receiving the keys to the space was a simple process. Definitely would recommend to others and will be using this space again!
