Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We hire a housekeeper in between bookings to entirely clean and sanitize the space and allow ample time between bookings. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are provided upon booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

The space is a corner unit, perched above street level and flooded with natural light. This charming 1940's bungalow features wood flooring, original crown molding ceilings, thoughtfully curated artwork and midcentury furniture throughout. We are located just 14 blocks from the beach in one of Santa Monica's most desirable post codes. The kitchen opens up to a private outdoor patio paved with reclaimed brick, a six seat farm table with a Weber grill perfect for entertaining. The space fits eight people comfortably and is ideal for photo and video shoots, private small groups, and more. All rooms in the house are accessible except for the bedroom. There are 3 large windows in the living space, 2 large windows in the dining room, and one window in the kitchen + a window on the door which leads out to the back patio. The place is flooded with natural light. All windows have blinds if needed to be blocked out.

Very quiet neighborhood, can rarely hear neighbors, no noise omitted from AC or appliances.

There is plenty of street parking directly outside, we are perched above ground level with 10 steps to get to the door. Easily accessible from the street.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
