With natural hardwood floors, an open front room with ample seating that can easily be moved, and neutral grey and navy blue walls, this space is versatile and offers ample options. The living and dining room can be easily cleared to create a massive open area. Or, use the designer furniture as a backdrop for your production. A small bedroom is available for use as well as a full bathroom. The unit comes equipped with wifi, a 65-inch TV, and free coffee. One of the perks of not being downtown is plenty of free street parking for your crew and scheduling flexibility. The unit is located on the second floor.
