We have 4 parking spots directly in front of the building, unlimited street parking, and a large, free parking lot across the street. We also have 1 handicapped parking spot.

Please note that we are an art gallery that rotates our shows every 2 months. Photos online may not represent the work that will be up during your event. Site-rep will be available for assistance during setup, during the event, and after the event for breakdown. Gallery artwork will not be moved and/or removed for any event without the discretion of Channel To Channel. In the event of any damages occurring to gallery artwork, furniture, or fixtures the Renter will be held solely responsible and will be billed accordingly. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, nicks, breaks, or marks of any kind. No confetti, glitter or items containing these materials are allowed on the premises. Lessee shall be charged a $100 cleanup fee if any of these materials are brought into the gallery. All music shall be kept at a reasonable level. Access is for the Main Gallery and B Gallery (Right Side Gallery). Gallery C (left side gallery) is available to be open during the event, but is not available for setup. Setup time includes 1 hour before the event and 1 hour after event. Lessee shall indemnify, defend and save harmless Lessor, its officers, agents and employees from and against any and all loss, cost (including attorneys' fees), damage, expense and liability (including statutory liability and liability under workers' compensation laws) in connection with claims, judgments, damages, penalties, fines, liabilities, losses, suits, administrative proceedings, arising out of any act or neglect by Lessee, its agents, employees, contractors, Lessees, invitees, representatives, in, on or about the Facility. This indemnity shall survive the termination of this Agreement. Lessee hereby releases Lessor from any and all liability or responsibility to Lessee or anyone claiming through or under Lessee by way of subrogation or otherwise for any loss or damage to equipment or property of Lessee covered by any insurance then in force. There is to be no smoking inside the facilities.
