Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

About the Space
Spacious bright space with a Zen/ indoor jungle vibe great fit for all types of event. Creative space for all your private occasions - Seminars, Meetings, Workshops,Celebrations and much more! Located in Mount Vernon NY, 25 minutes away from Grand Central. We are a 3 minute walk from the metro north and 10 minutes from the #2 subway line. In addition we also have free street parking. The space can accommodate up to 35 people and is ideal for all types of occasions . Furniture can be moved at request, music can be played within reason. Plants can be moved per request Amenities: 5 chairs Refrigerator Microwave Small decorative tables Backdrop (if available) Available to rent: 6ft table w/ black table covers Round height top table with black table cover 20 standard foldable chairs

Karinas studio is huge and the perfect size for my Masterclasses. She is also super accommodating and thoughtful. She even made little flyers with my logo so the students were able to find their way upstairs. Definitely will be booking again. Thanks Karina!
