About the Space

Spacious bright space with a Zen/ indoor jungle vibe great fit for all types of event. Creative space for all your private occasions - Seminars, Meetings, Workshops,Celebrations and much more! Located in Mount Vernon NY, 25 minutes away from Grand Central. We are a 3 minute walk from the metro north and 10 minutes from the #2 subway line. In addition we also have free street parking. The space can accommodate up to 35 people and is ideal for all types of occasions . Furniture can be moved at request, music can be played within reason. Plants can be moved per request Amenities: 5 chairs Refrigerator Microwave Natural Sunlight Items that can be rented: 5 - 6ft tables 30- standard chairs 7 - highly tip metal tables

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Yes, I would book again.

Karina is so nice and sweet answered my text right away helped me out when the last host canceled on me 2 weeks before my shower showed us around after we booked didn’t rush us And answered all questions without being annoyed she’s so sweet and even talked with my cousin who was just setting up i would definitely book her when my son turns one I’m hoping she’s still around so I can have my party there we love this place and found parking easily that’s Karina you’re the best wish they had 10 stars

Great space! It has its own bathroom and fridge. It's well-lit, well-ventilated and spacious enough for our guests. The host, Karina, was great as well! Our requests were granted and needs provided. Will definitely book again.
