The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Loft / Lounge space is a unique loft space with plenty of natural light and exposed brick that gives you an uptown brownstone vibe. Loft 3 is a gremtshooting location and is perfect for parties, get togethers, meeting and so much more. 48,000 sqf production space in the heart of Newark's Historic Ironbound section, just 15 minutes from NY, and 5 minutes from Newark airport. Our studios hosts 48,000 sqf of usable production space with studios ranging from 600 sqf to 7500 sqf. Full high end amenities with wifi and wired ethernet throughout the building. The facility boasts original wood and steel beams, - Eleven bathrooms (11) - Eight showers (8) - 3 Kitchens with (3) - Seven Spacious studios (7) -Outdoor Deck and support space for filming, office work, pre and post production, vocal booths and an array of office spaces and meeting rooms. The facility is a one stop shop production space for small to large scale productions of every variety.

General Rules

- No smoking in the building - Outside catering is allowed - Must report the total about of guests - All guests must have masks on to enter the building - No minors allowed in the building without adult supervision - Guests must stay in designated booked locations

Production insurance is required

All large productions require a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

All furniture moved must be replaced at end of each shoot.

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
