Please return all household items back to their original position at the end of the rental period. Rearranging of some furniture items requires owner approval with requests ahead of time. NON SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is not allowed on the premises. If smoking does occur on the premises, guest will immediately be assessed a $500 fine. Guests will be held financially responsible for damage to include additional cleaning and deodorizing expenses for carpet and upholstery and all other costs associated with returning the property to a non-smoking condition. This applies to the use of any smoking material including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, incense, vaping, and any other use of the like. If the property smells of smoke after your departure you will be billed for all costs incurred by returning the premises to a non-smoking condition. No exceptions. NO PET POLICY: Pets are prohibited. If a pet is brought into the home without permission, a charge of $500 will be charged to the credit card on file or applied to the security deposit. Licensee/Cardholder bringing a pet without approval will be subject to immediate loss of all rights and protections afforded to the Licensee and all guests under the Agreement-including suspended access to the Property with no credits or refunds issued to the Licensee. KEYS: Guest will receive access to key via lockbox & code prior to arrival. A locksmith fee of $200 will be charged to guest if key is not returned to lock box. GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: Guest understands that property is located in area with neighbors. Guests shall be good neighbors, respecting the rights of the neighbors and shall not create noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property. Outdoor noise/music carrying outside should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour. Quiet hours are observed between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. OWNERS PROPERTY: Guest agrees not to access any locked storage areas or areas not expressly meant for guests that contains owner’s property.
