All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

When luxury meets downtown LA. This 2 room suite immerses you in a scarlet red and angelic blue color story. You get two completely styled rooms for the price of one in this BRAND NEW expansion. The Red Luxury Room is drenched in crimson red walls accented with shimmering gold to make photo and video look stunning straight out of camera. The heavy contrast in this room is bold and beautiful. The Blue Luxury Room is filled with one of a kind vintage Italian furniture to make any photo or video absolutely timeless. The soft pastel blues and hints of gold and pink makes you feel like you’re in heaven in our Blue Bedroom. Both rooms offer an array of luxurious furniture and props, beautiful natural lighting, vanity, chandeliers, bed, bathtub, side tables, lamps and much more. Every corner of the space is filled with rich colors and shimmering highlights every way you look. Both rooms are separated by a doorway which gives you the option to gold BOLD or SOFT. The variety in this space makes this an ALL IN ONE room were you get the best of both words. Wow, what a great space. Terrific experience beginning with the booking experience. Wonderful communication from the venue manager, Michelle. The space was every bit as wonderful as the profile pictures show. It has everything you need floor to ceiling including furniture, props, tiaras and even a costume piece (a nice fluffy robe if that's your thing) to create a true Victorian Era, a la 'Gilded Age', Scene. I have no idea what or when, but I would definitely like to shoot in this space again. It titillates the imagination.

Amazing location, very responsive and accommodating host. Parking in the lot adjacent to the building worked out well for us. We had a great time, and the results exceeded all expectations
