There are paid parking lots right next to the building as well as on the same block. There are also paid meters right in front of the building (2 hours parking from 8a - 8p, except Sunday. No parking from 2a - 5a)

We have Large Bay windows with natural light.

We are on the 6th Floor with different businesses operating. Music should be kept to a minimum.

Stairs, Elevator, Freight Elevator

If you are using heavy equipment please use the freight elevator located in the back of the building. There is also paid meter parking outside of the building.

There are outlets throughout the space. Outlets used by Camera/Locks can't be unplugged.

RED ROOM FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION -- Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success. If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us using the "Message Host" button on the listing page to discuss details, pricing and availability. Please include the following: * Number of attendees should be 100% accurate. For any adds after booking has been made, please contact for approval. * Desired date(s) * Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down * Equipment & lighting specs * Large shoots must start packing up at the end 15-20 min prior to end time. * No Pets * No Food/Drinks (closed water bottles are an exception) * No Smoking * No glitter, confetti, Fog Machines, flour, chalk etc * Leave space as you found it. * No Porn * No bringing in outside furniture * No water activites * No Alcohol --especially RED WINE (our floors/rugs are porous and will absorb colored liquids) * No filming or keeping equipment outside of the studio space in the common areas such as the hallways, bathroom, stairwell etc. NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time. NEST CAM RECORDING: by agreeing to this booking you also acknowledge our 24 surveillance camera will be recording during your whole booking time. Client/Renter must never leave the studio unlocked and/or unattended. Door must be shut firmly and locked. Client/Renter must clean up everything, and turn off all the lights when they leave. If furniture has been moved, must be put back in place before end of booking. Renter must leave studio as they found it. Your booking time includes setup and breakdown and cleaning, so make sure you're out by the time you've booked out for, or there will be a $60 charge as well as a charge for any additional hours, if the extension was not previously discussed. No use of the hallway for storage/setup or photography permitted. No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the studio. A $400 fine will be charged for each incident. No Smoking in the studio. Projects involved with smoke have to get studio representatives consent. Breaking this rule in any way will result in immediate expulsion and a $400 fine. No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances. No pets allowed without prior consent of a Studio representative. Clients/Renters give the studio the right to film and store security footage. The studio has limited rights to use of photos, film, and other media from session or shoot, for the intention of promotional content, when granted in booking form by client, or later in writing.

Furniture can be moved except the Bathtub within the Space for more room to photograph.
