When luxury meets downtown LA. This 2 room suite immerses you in a scarlet red and angelic blue color story. You get two completely styled rooms for the price of one in this BRAND NEW expansion. The Red Luxury Room is drenched in crimson red walls accented with shimmering gold to make photo and video look stunning straight out of camera. The heavy contrast in this room is bold and beautiful. The Blue Luxury Room is filled with one of a kind vintage Italian furniture to make any photo or video absolutely timeless. The soft pastel blues and hints of gold and pink makes you feel like you’re in heaven in our Blue Bedroom. Both rooms offer an array of luxurious furniture and props, beautiful natural lighting, vanity, chandeliers, bed, bathtub, side tables, lamps and much more. Every corner of the space is filled with rich colors and shimmering highlights every way you look. Both rooms are separated by a doorway which gives you the option to gold BOLD or SOFT. The variety in this space makes this an ALL IN ONE room were you get the best of both words. RED ROOM FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION -- Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success. If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us using the "Message Host" button on the listing page to discuss details, pricing and availability. Please include the following: Children UNDER 13 Years Old must be approved prior to booking. * Number of attendees should be 100% accurate. For any adds after booking has been made, please contact for approval. * Desired date(s) * Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down * Equipment & lighting specs * Large shoots must start packing up at the end 15-20 min prior to end time. * NO SHOE'S ARE ALLOWED (Booties are OK! The talent can wear shoes for the shoot but the crew must have shoes off or covered!) * No Pets * No Food/Drinks (closed water bottles are an exception) * NO SMOKING this includes Cigarette/Cannabis/Tobacco/E-cigarette/Vaping) * ALL MAKE UP AND HAIR MUST BE DONE IN THE RED ROOM. * FLAT IRONS CAN ONLY BE PLACED IN THE RED VANITY NOT THE BLUE ROOM. * NO PAINT/BODY PAINT/FAKE BLOOD/ CANDLES what so ever! * No glitter, confetti, Fog Machines, flour, chalk etc * Leave space as you found it. * No Porn * No bringing in outside furniture * No water activites * No Alcohol --especially RED WINE (our floors/rugs are porous and will absorb colored liquids) * No filming or keeping equipment outside of the studio space in the common areas such as the hallways, bathroom, stairwell etc. **IF YOU GO OVER MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE STUDIO (8 GUESTS) YOU CAN BE CHARGED UP TO AN ADDITIONAL $100/hour** (Overtime is subject to 1 1/2 times the hourly rate extra charge If you do not notify the host 30 minutes prior to the end of your booking. We enforce overtime strictly and overtime starts the minute your time is up and is charged by 30 min intervals.) **WE HAVE A RESCHEDULING FEE FOR ALL RESCHEDULED SHOOTS** NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time. NEST CAM RECORDING: by agreeing to this booking you also acknowledge our 24 surveillance camera will be recording during your whole booking time. Client/Renter must never leave the studio unlocked and/or unattended. Door must be shut firmly and locked. Client/Renter must clean up everything, and turn off all the lights when they leave. If furniture has been moved, must be put back in place before end of booking. Renter must leave studio as they found it. Your booking time includes setup and breakdown and cleaning, so make sure you're out by the time you've booked out for, or there will be a $60 charge as well as a charge for any additional hours, if the extension was not previously discussed. No use of the hallway for storage/setup or photography permitted. No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the studio. A $400 fine will be charged for each incident. No Smoking in the studio. Projects involved with smoke have to get studio representatives consent. A smoking fee of $250 will be added on at the end of the booking (this includes Smoking fee - Cigarette/Tobacco/E-cigarrete/Vaping) No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances. No pets allowed without prior consent of a Studio representative. Clients/Renters give the studio the right to film and store security footage. The studio has limited rights to use of photos, film, and other media from session or shoot, for the intention of promotional content, when granted in booking form by client, or later in writing.
