An “Amazingggg” space, coupled with and “Amazing” host. I literally give the overall experience a 10/10 lbs lol.That view is freaking Magnificent too Lol. The host.. the space.. the view.. everything was Amazing and would absolutely recommend and use the space again.

This space was perfect for our shoot and the host very communicative about our booking. This would have been a 5-star booking except that we did not have full use of the space. "All rooms are available for shooting" is on the listing and there is nothing to point towards this being a partial rental. Even though we had been in communication with the host for days ahead of our rental, we weren't informed there'd be another guest staying in one of the bedrooms until we showed up at our rental time. That other guest was rude and disrespectful to our team filming in the space when asked to keep their voice low during filming. The host quickly got involved when informed but embarrassingly for us this was something we had to deal with in front of our clients. -1 star for a surprise guest in the space -1 star for not getting a heads up Would book again for a film shoot if there is confirmation of no additional guests on site. We understand that hosts have no control over guest's actions and attitudes. That information would have helped inform our decision to book.

My team and I looooved this location! Such an amazing view and the space was perfect for our shoot. Karl and Charles were super accommodating as well! I had crazy deadlines for this shoot and they were very helpful and flexible with me.

This location was my best experience ever on peerspace. No wonder this place is the #1 rented place in Chicago. The host was beyond polite and helpful. He made us feel welcomed and at home. He even helped us bring our equipment down to our cars. There was no pressure and total privacy. The view of downtown Chicago from this place is gorgeous! You NEED to rent this place if you're serious about your media needs. I forsee this place staying at the #1 spot for a long, long time!
