The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

I'm a part-time photographer living in a beautiful apartment decorated specifically to rent for photoshoots. It's a mid-modern style apartment, with a balcony and a hanging chair. I've incorporated a studio with various backdrops with remote to control each one. There are many types of plants, there is a lot of white, green, light leather and dark grays. Additionally I rent umbrellas, strobe lights, C-Stands, Lava Mics for interviews. I

Space has natural light

Lighting description

Big windows in the living room and studio space. Natural lights can be controlled. • Brightest times of the day are between 11 AM - 4:00 PM

Space is soundproof

Ambient noise description

Can't hear neighbors, or outside noises. Sometimes the trains can be heard, but they last no more than 10 seconds to go away. That's about twice a day.

General Rules

No smoking in the building Outside catering is allowed No alcohol permitted as I can't control the amount of drinks per person. No more than 5 people at a time.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture may not be removed from the building. can be moved around the apartment if necessary. Wall decor may be removed, only art.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
