About the Space
Breathtaking luxury condo right by the water that includes an open, bright space with custom hand-made furniture. The dining area features a gold table with cream velvet chairs. The lounge area is surrounded by 180 degree views of the ocean and is perfect for commercial shots and interviews. The luxury office space is great for corporate, commercial, podcasts, interviews, and success-themed pictures. I have a large ring light available for use as well as a soft box. Parking is available on the street right below the building, and valet is also available.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
