All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This space is located in the heart of Los Angeles, CA on Crenshaw Blvd it is 500 sq. This space features large windows that flood the room with natural light. The space is perfect for photoshoots, small production filming or creative space for the day. Studio is 4/20 friendly. Studio Includes: - White 9 ft savage seamless - 2 Impact Turtle Base C-Stand & 20 Grip Arm Kit - 5.9' (Chrome) - 4 Impact Turtle Base C-Stand Kit (10.75', Chrome) - Sandbags - 10 foot latter - 2 Apple Boxes - Wireless Triggers - 3x Flash Units (Strobes) - Sound System (Bluetooth) - Black Leather Sofa - Mini Fridge (filled) - Free Wi-Fi - Bathroom (Spacious) - Table - Chairs - Tv (Teathering Monitor) On-site assistance is included with all bookings Additional service and crew such as photographer/cinematographer, makeup artist, editor, and other equipment available upon request prior too booking. Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
