About the Space
Includes the first 7 Sets (1-7): 1. Hollywood Agency, 2. Spring Fling, 3. Hidden Garden, 4&5. Bohemian (Boho), 6. Floating Frames, and 7. Citizens Hotel. Optional upgrade Private room Moody Modern Set 8+9 and Cyclowall add-on (can also be booked separately on a different list). Conveniently located in Sacramento midtown second floor on the corner of J and 25th street. We offer an optional upgrade to a full studio of nearly 2400 sq foot studio for beginner to expert photographers and filmmakers, small and medium group meet up. This is the place for photographers or videographers to shoot your next fashion photography, music video, headshot, product photography, and commercials. *Fee: $90/hr business hour 9 am-5 pm Mon-Fri, 1.5x for overtime, weekends, and after hours. Overtime Hourly Pricing is based on Peerspace rules of 30-minute increments. Extra-person fee: $5 each person each hour (please as a quote if it is more than what the studio can accommodate for the cleaning fee) *Add-on: $65 for a private boudoir room set within your hour (can be booked separately from a different list) *Add-on: $65 for a cyclo wall set (can be booked separately from a different list) * Hair & Makeup Room, bathroom, small chairs, apple box, and 3 LED lighting with 2 C-stand, Free Wifi (Included in the studio rental price). Martin's place is every video/photographer's dream. He has this place so organized and dream like. So much detail in every room available. I had a small music video shoot here and I made the mistake on timing, and came late, Martin was able to work with me and give me extra hours on the spot! So lucky no one was after me. He also helped us out a lot with his lighting. Great LED continuous lighting for video. Lightweight and easy to move. It was very hot, but Martin had great AC. Anyone who shoots here will have the best footage to date. Will come back here again and try out some photo shoots. Martin is the best!
