In addition to strobes available for rent, we have two large fake window sets that are included in the rental fee. We also have an LED light bar wall that is also included. All LED lights are voice controlled. Lighting modifiers and light stands are available and are included in your rental fee. Let us know what you need and we'll let you know if we have it.

We are in an enclosed warehouse space. It is not entirely soundproof, but there is no street noise. We have never had an issue with noise. We have an Amazon Echo on site connected to the internet that can play any music.

Ground Floor

We have a roll up door, but it is blocked off by one of the fake window sets and is not accessible. All equipment must be brought in through the front door.

There are several outlets along all walls. We have extension cords and power strips. Most circuits are on a 20 amp breaker. Running multiple heating items like space heaters, hairdryers, etc., can trip the circuits if run at the same time.

All rentals include setup and teardown time. Please have the space back to perfect condition and all equipment removed within your rental period. Someone will be onsite to let you in and lock up after, but not in the shooting area unless requested. Do not move furniture without permission. Access to the wardrobe closet is not allowed unless purchased separately. Do not access any of the storage areas without permission. If you need a light stand, c-stand, or any grip equipment or modifiers, it must be setup by the host to assure all safety precaustions are in order. Seamless paper use must also be purchased separately. No eating or drinking in the shooting area other than water. There is a $50 charge for bringing any food into the shooting area. We have security cameras that are there for liability purposes. They are not monitored unless there is an issue. Guests are not allowed to modify the cameras. No glitter or body paint or other items that cause excessive messes. Models are not allowed to use any type of body oils or tanning spray if they are going to use the furniture or wardrobe. Music is available, but must be kept at a reasonable volume. Do not stand on any furniture. Step ladders are available, but we do not allow the use of the large extendable ladder without permission because it can be dangerous if not set correctly. Any add-ons must be requested before the booking or they might not be available. No weapons.
