  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This event space truly is multi-purpose in usage. Currently used as an office learn & lounge. Great for business or team meetings, small group meetups, photo sessions, family events, and more. The space can be arranged in a number of ways. We have desks, tables, chairs, a couple futons, microwave, and a mounted tv. In this space, there's an additional room that can be utilized for changing if needed. Also, there are men's and women's bathrooms right across the hall. Did we mention, plenty of free parking?! The room itself is about 366 sqft (a decent size classroom). Can fit 25 people, but would prefer events to have no more than 12 people.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
