Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
PLEASE NOTE: *Any request for a 1hr booking will be $100 for 1hr. 1,100 sq ft warehouse space with 17’ wide white stage and 12’ roll up door available for Photoshoots, Film shoots, etc. We have both continuous and strobe lighting available with your rental as well as a variety of cloth backdrops, stands, garment rack for you to utilize. So if you need to shop and grab wardrobe before your shoot, its only a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from our location. PARKING: We have plenty of free parking on location. Please do not park in gated areas or spots marked by other businesses. CLEANING: Clients are responsible for resetting/cleaning the studio back to how they entered the space. Amazing Space & Amazing Staff! Accommodated us after we accidentally booked the wrong day. We look forward to booking again. The space is in a warehouse and on a good summer day it can get very hot very quickly! My only critique would be to make some water accessible. The industrial fan is very helpful but can not keep up with the heat.
