About the Space
The space offers a variety of rental options, such as a working photo studio with possible photography and lighting equipment rental, group meetings, small catered events, and a wifi connected workspace. The space has two separate rooms that offer the unique ability to keep people a bit more separated during these Covid times. As a photo studio, the main room is more than large enough to house a 9' seamless setup with tech and AD station. The secondary room can be used in multiple ways, such as a space for wardrobe, model changing station, hair and make-up station, private AD creative workspace, etc. The main room has old wood floors, white wainscoting and walls, white 12' high tile ceilings, and a small kitchenette for very basic needs. Four large windows make up the bulk of the natural light offered, and the secondary room offers three large windows for additional natural light.
