It is a lovely spanish style home with really great natural light and nice high ceilings. Please note the following: - House is empty (No furniture, kitchenwear, appliances) Pictures are updated and accurate - Home is a duplex: A full home that is divided in the middle by a wall. You are renting out the ENTIRE PROPERTY - Both sides of this house and the guest house. -It has 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms on the left and 2 bed 1 bath on the right side, and 1 bed 1 bath guest house in the back. -Front yard - back yard and parking all included - 2800 Square feet - Parking is easy and free on the street. There is almost always parking available in front. There is a long driveway that will be available to you as well - Individual units are available for rent as well. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
