This modern contemporary newly constructed 2 floor home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Encino Hills. Charmion offers ultimate luxury with a beautiful outdoor entryway , and a serene koi pond with a cascading waterfall. This very private oasis has an abundance of natural light , while balanced with an open floor plan with modern moments, pool and waterfall spa and beautiful views that overlook the city. The property is available for film shoots, photo shoots and commercials. We DO NOT offer events. Please feel free to reach out for any questions and special accommodations!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
