Overview: Welcome to our thoughtfully curated, Scandinavian-inspired apartment in North Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Originally constructed in 1910 as a knitting factory, the building has since been converted into large residential lofts. Our 900 square foot, top-floor, corner unit is one of a kind. It features 12-foot ceilings, wall to wall windows, East River and Manhattan views, two skylights, white painted hardwood floors and lots of flourishing plants. Each room has been carefully designed to create a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Light wood furniture, white details, and minimalist decor make it the perfect space for productions. The space photographs beautifully at all hours of the day. Layout Details: – The spacious bedroom includes a king–sized bed on a wood platform, linen storage, blackout blinds and plants. – Our small office will be unavailable, it is used to store personal items at the moment. – The oversized living room features East River and Manhattan skyline views. – The newly renovated kitchen is stocked with tasteful glass and kitchenware. Additional Notes: – All decor (linens, furniture, plants, glassware, art and objects) can be used as props. – Dyson vacuum available in coat closet in entrance. – Washer and dryer units located down the hall. – Roof access with Manhattan skyline views. – Storage space is available at apartment entrance for props and equipment. Please be mindful of neighbors and do not interfere with their space. – Ladder is available. – The freight elevator is currently out of service, so I wouldn't recommend this to anyone that has trouble with stairs.
