Downtown Austin | Spacious Urban Loft | 3400 Sq. Ft. | 1-50 People Industrial, historic, and dripping in cool. Soak up the nostalgia with exposed brick, hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows. And in the heart of downtown, you can walk or scoot (just hold on tight!) to everything Austin has to offer. Please inquire about rates for SXSW, ACL, F1, and NYE since Peerspace does not have the option to set rates for specific dates !!

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

We thought we booked the third floor for a video shoot but they actually gave us the first floor. We worked out the miscommunication and was able to use the first and third floor but just confirm with them before your reservation which floor of the building you're actually getting. Overall the space was perfect for our shoot and well decorated and clean.

Yes, I would book again.

We reserved this space for a group of around 90 people to gather. The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated, with ample seating and lounge areas for guests to hang out and mingle. Additionally, the owner Chereen was lovely to work with and eager to meet all of our needs. This space is perfect if you're looking to host a large gathering, whether it be for work or fun!
