About the Space
We're sound guys by day and studio owners, well, also by day. Located in Dallas near Love Field and W Hotel, our private studio space, lounge and conference room makes as an excellent, creative location for your next team meeting or workshop! This booking includes access to a 10-person conference room used for Video Village with a hardwired feed directly from the studio. Feel free to use any part of the common space as breakout areas for your team. Our "Texas Chic" lounge might just give you the perfect twang you're looking for! If the weather's nice, put our outdoor courtyard to good use. Uses: •Team meetings •Workshops •Off-sites A note regarding rates; we have 3 different rates for different times based on demand. 1) Base rate: $50/hr - M-F, 9am - 5pm. These are our regular business hours. 2) After-hours rate: $70/hr - M-F, outside of 9am - 5pm. 3) Weekend rate: $120/hr - Anytime on Saturday or Sunday. These are our most in-demand times.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

Just an all-around great experience. From the booking process to our experience onsite, everything was just great. Upon arrival, we were met at the parking lot by Christopher who expeditiously welcomed us inside and showed us around. This place is fantastic, the reality is that for this particular project, we did not need everything they have to offer. - Conference room. - Private Make up room - Sound Studio But it was a great feeling to know that all the space was available to us. The Cyc was exactly what we needed, it is in excellent shape, clean no scratches or fading paint. I would certainly book again and would also highly recommend you use this space. If you are serious about your project and want to feel/work like a true professional, this should be your spot.
