About the Space
We're sound guys by day and studio owners, well, also by day. Located in Dallas near Love Field and Aloft Hotel, our 30' x 30' sound stage has a compound hard cyc wall for the perfect infinity white look. It is also acoustically treated with silent air conditioning to capture perfectly crisp dialog. Just because we're close to the airport doesn't mean you'll ever notice once you're inside. The sound stage is ideal for interviews, stand-ups and commercials, but we've also hosted our fair share of dancers and light painters. This booking also includes a dedicated Hair and Makeup Studio as well as a 10-person conference room used for Video Village with a hardwired feed directly from the studio. For photography, feel free to use any part of the common space. Our "Texas Chic" lounge might just give you the perfect twang you're looking for! If the weather's nice, put our outdoor courtyard to good use. Hair, make-up, prep, load-in and load-out time is all part of your booked time. Early access is not available. **Please note that the lights overhead for the white cyc are an optional add-on. They are not included in your booking, but you are welcome to bring your own lights if you prefer. If you turn them on, you will be charged.** If your production is planning/requiring: • Blood/Gore FX • Bodypainting/FX Make Up • Slime FX • Hygienic Reset Our facility has a full shower stall available. Inquire for availability. A note regarding rates; we have 3 different rates for different times based on demand. 1) Base rate: $50/hr - M-F, 9am - 5pm. These are our regular business hours. 2) After-hours rate: $70/hr - M-F, outside of 9am - 5pm. 3) Weekend rate: $120/hr - Anytime on Saturday or Sunday. These are our most in-demand times.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Just an all-around great experience. From the booking process to our experience onsite, everything was just great. Upon arrival, we were met at the parking lot by Christopher who expeditiously welcomed us inside and showed us around. This place is fantastic, the reality is that for this particular project, we did not need everything they have to offer. - Conference room. - Private Make up room - Sound Studio But it was a great feeling to know that all the space was available to us. The Cyc was exactly what we needed, it is in excellent shape, clean no scratches or fading paint. I would certainly book again and would also highly recommend you use this space. If you are serious about your project and want to feel/work like a true professional, this should be your spot.
