- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

About the Space
European style mansion in the hills with huge views from the ocean to the mountains. Eccentric and interesting details throughout the house. From the living room, theater, or the backyard you can see many interesting landmarks, such as the downtown LA skyline, Catalina Island, Palos Verdes, San Gabriel Mountains, Santa Ana Mountains, and much more. Hundreds of fireworks are on display for the 4th, New Years, and a few other Holidays. This house has hand painted murals throughout, all by the Italian Painter Giovanni Palumbo.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
