Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We are following all the guidelines of Covid-19 gathering: mask must be worn to enter the studio, dispensing hand sanitizer and checking temperatures upon arrival. We do ask if any participant has been exposed to Covid-19 in the last 14 days of the time to enter or are showing Covid-19 symptoms to refrain from entering the studio.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings

General Rules
No smoking. No alcohol allowed. No nudity.
Weekend bookings are billed at our standard booking rate of $70.00/hour and require a 3-hour minimum*
Lighting and Backdrop equipment is included. Teleprompter, Ipads, and lenses are extra. Please let us know what you would like to rent when submitting your booking request so we can add it to your rental.
All renters must be at least 18 years of age and have valid forms of ID to reserve the studio.
BOOKING TIMES
Setup and break down should be factored into your booking hours. You are expected to vacate completely by the end of your reservation time and our space does not allow for early entry for set-up.
OVERTIME
In accordance with Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The studio must be vacated, and all items brought into the studio must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
No food is allowed in the space for production events, only beverages. If you would like to bring in food items or if food is found in the space during your event, there will be an additional $35.00 cleaning fee.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Weapons, illegal drugs, and activities are prohibited. Smoking is prohibited including hookahs, vapors, and hookah pens.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in including the location of furnishings. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment brought in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials should not be used. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
No pets. Service dogs only.
You will be notified of any additional fees incurred.
