- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

Erin was great to work with! We had a last minute shoot and Erin was able to accommodate us despite the short timeline. The triplex was great, plenty of space for shooting. The crew was able to find parking easily and the space was even brighter than the photos.
