Welcome to Dean Zelinsky's apartment, guitar designer whose work has been used by classic rock bands Def Leppard, Heart, Iron Maiden, Kansas and more. Located in the heart of River North, this apartment is perfect for photoshoots needing a unique background, video productions, and small events (6 people or less). Minutes away from all the best coffee shops, bars and restaurants in the popular River North neighborhood. Enjoy the beautiful artwork, record player, fast WiFi, coffee, and high ceilings with free onsite parking. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
