About the Space
Beautiful and bright two-story studio space with huge 17ft high ceilings. Features a balcony overlooking the main gallery and a lovely private terrace with brick walls. Art-Deco architecture throughout the entire space (squares everywhere!). Main space is located on the ground floor, making it easy to load-in equipment. Lots of natural light throughout. Rental includes a professional mobile and powered RCF/Cerwin-Vega sound system, with easy bluetooth connection. Also included in the listing price: 1 x 4ft folding table + 1 x 8ft folding table (narrow) + chairs (30 chairs and stools) + 2 coolers -additional tables/chairs or dinnerware upon request and for an extra fee, see our "add-on" section or contact us. Our 2,200 sqft retail front offers large 17ft high ceilings. The space is divided as follows: main gallery space (ground floor) + mezzanine (1st floor) + large private terrace/roof deck (1st floor) + 1 bathroom (ground floor) + small kitchenette for eventual sink access (kitchen can be rented for additional fee if used for cooking). Perfect for photo/video shoots, private events, art exhibits, fashion shows or showrooms, pop-ups, business meetings, screenings, weddings. I hosted a graduation party at this location! Alice and Chris were amazing and their communication with us throughout the entire booking process ensured that our party went exactly the way we planned. The venue itself was really neat with the main floor expressing a nice little ambiance with the led lighting, and a cute outdoor rooftop deck for guests to relax. The sound system was perfect for a party experience, my guests loved the place! I would definitely book again with Alice in the future!

I recently had a birthday party here and it was an amazing experience!! The space itself is so cool with a large ground floor large enough for a large group of us to dance it out. The upstairs outdoor deck is wonderful bonus to get some fresh air. Plus, there is another chill zone upstairs on the mezzanine to rest or have some privacy. The space is great and I am sure it will cater to a lot of different events. The sound system was easy to use and was plenty loud - even after 11pm when we had to lower the decibels. Alice is an amazing host! She was super prompt to respond and answered every question I had (and I had a lot haha). She met me when I arrived and gave me a rundown of the space. Our event went past 11pm, so we hired a door person through Alice and they were great and very nice. Alice and her staff are all good people. Our event was ending, but everyone was having such a great time that we asked to extend it, and Alice was very accomodating. She is a gem! Overall this was such a great and positive experience. This was my first time booking on Peerspace and this left me with a wonderful outlook of this platform. I will definitely book this space or any other space that Alice may run!! In fact I am already planning my next event here!

Space was just as pictured (if not better) in person. Alice and her partner were very welcoming and accommodating. Speakers were good quality - there was a good amount of natural light although the angles of where light peeked through may be hard to capture on camera. Overall a good experience and I would return/recommend (P.S. No Wifi so probably not best for live streaming! But if you can use your phone hotspot like I did, you’ll be fine!)
