• No smoking, parties or event, without host prior approval • No pets • Do not disturb or disrespect the neighbors • Keep the door locked at all times • No smoking, vaping or use of cigarettes or drugs including, but not limited to marijuana, inside the property. • Do not have more guest than stated on your reservation. Any unapproved visitor or guest, will incur additional fee per guest. • No shoes allowed on carpet area. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. • In order to avoid clogging or other plumbing issues, avoid throwing any kind of objects down the toilet. This includes, but not limited to, lady products, contraceptives, paper towels and so on. If a plumber is called out due to clogging the guest could be charged a call out fee plus the fee to unclog the pipes.
