Our cleaning process during this critical coronavirus-19 (Covid-19) is wiping down all the accessible locations that previous rental touch such as the bathroom, chair, and doorknobs, and prepare for the next photo session.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Available for booking 1600 sq feet Cyclo Wall section only. Conveniently located in Sacramento midtown second floor on the corner of J and 25th street. We offer an optional upgrade to full studio nearly 2300 sq. foot studio for beginner to expert photographers and filmmakers, small and medium group meet up. Unlike most photography studio rentals in Sacramento, we do include basic equipment in the cost of our photography studio rental price.

Free and metered street parking on 25th and J street.

General Rules

No pets allowed without prior notice. No smoke/glitter/dust/confetti or similar shoots without prior notice. (also be mindful of outfits with these materials.) No open flame allowed without prior notice. Please wipe shoes or remove them prior to walking on backdrops and the cyclorama. Walking on the edge of the cyclorama is not permitted, a repair fee will be added (starting at $150) and will depend on the amount of work required. Rental time includes set up and break-down times. At least a $50 fee would be billed if the crew leaves later than the reserved time. Please, leave the studio in the same condition. If the studio requires a major cleaning after your session, the cleaning fee will be added (starting from $100) and will depend on the amount of work required. This is not a soundproof studio. No DRUGS allowed inside the studio No Smoking in the studio. No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances. We do our best to accommodate and provide professional, friendly, and honest services to all our customers and fellow artists, for this reason, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to stop any shoot at any time.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
