We have large windows that face east - allowing for tons of natural lighting. This can also be blacked out if you do not want natural light. We do recommend you bring Black Duvatene to black out windows or shoot at night if you do not want natural sunlight.

We are near Olympic Ave in Los Angeles, which is a fairly busy street. If you plan on recording audio for your shoot we encourage you to schedule a free scout to gauge the ambient audio levels for yourself, or booking a later time slot when traffic is minimal.

We have over 200amps of power which is divided into several 20amp breaker boxes throughout the entire space!

• No food / drink on any of our sets with carpet (no exceptions) • Protective Foot Covers (which we provide) must be worn at all times by all cast and crew members while on any sets with carpet • No haze or fog machines placed directly on carpet (liquid causes carpet stains) • Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. Do not arrive earlier than your time expecting to start setting up and shoot. You will be let into our warehouse at your starting time. • Make sure your head count is accurate when you book. If you sent a booking request with 5ppl — and show up with 25ppl, you will be charged the hourly rate for the headcount your arrive with • The neon sign is not to be turn off / on rapidly. It is either on or off. Rapidly turning it off / on will cause the transformer to break ($2500 replacement cost) • No touching / removing / or moving of the neon sign. If you want to move the sign it is extremely fragile, and we require a $2500 deposit. If it breaks while you are moving it you forfeit your deposit. • No smoking inside our warehouse (this includes weed and cigarettes) — ZERO TOLERANCE! • No smoking or drinking right outside of our warehouse or in the open parking lot — Please walk down the street to smoke. There are other tenants in our building. Please be respectful and smoke away from our building. Haze and smoke machines are fine. — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee • You are responsible for leaving the space as you found it! That means disposing of all trash / food / drinks / water bottles in the provided trash can on site. This also includes putting back all props if any were moved or used in other spaces. Do not think that by paying the $100 cleaning fee that this excuses you from obeying this rule• ABSOLUTELY NO SHOOTING outside of our warehouse. NO EXTERIOR / STREET SHOTS. If you need to get those shots go somewhere else. By renting our space you are renting the inside of our warehouse... that’s it! We strictly enforce this rule, if we find you are trying to shoot in our lot or on the street directly in front of our location we will immediately cancel your booking with no refund. • No Loitering in the exterior parking lot. Other than initial gear load in / there should be no cast or crew in the parking lot for any reason. No crafty / food / lunch services in the parking lot — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee • No Guns or live weapons of any kind, (prop guns are okay if first shown to our site rep) — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee • No Pyro or live flames of any kind. This includes candles / matches / anything with a live flame — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee • No Fake blood / No Squibs / No Color Smoke Bombs — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee • We allow music playback -- but at a respectable level. NO EXCESSIVELY LOUD MUSIC • No Live bands or live instruments (Drums / etc) - We have neighbors and other tenants. We can’t have excessively loud instruments being played • Your rental is based hourly. To avoid an overage, "taillights" must be be within your allotted time. Ex: An 8hr booking from 12pm - 8pm / You must be wrapped and off the property by 8p to avoid being billed an extra hour • NO pornography of any kind • We are not responsible for any lost / stolen / damaged equipment during your booking• The property must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production • We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) of whatever shoot is happening on our property, for the promotion of our location • A location manager from our team will be there during the whole duration of the booking to not only enforce these rules, but to ensure your shoot goes smoothly should you have any questions during your booking

Anything can be moved, as long as it is put back the way it was when you arrived!
