About the Space

Beautiful downtown loft with amazing natural lighting. With floor to ceiling windows facing North, this studio creates the perfect soft box. Great for photo and video shoots. This historic building was once the Old Shoe Factory and offers lofts of camera ready areas to shoot in around the inside of the building. The studio space includes a 9ft tall backdrop stand, a large 10ft wide grey backdrop, and a 5ft wide white backdrop. Two rings lights are also is available for your use.

Yes, I would book again.

Really nice, simple yet modern apartment downtown. Beautiful huge windows that span wall to wall and ceiling to ceiling. As advertised and more...They gave off the best natural lighting. We didn’t need to use the ring light. Corina the host was on time with the booking and immediately responded to all of my messages and questions. Access and entrance was easy and straight forward. Street parking wasn’t difficult to find either. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to do a photoshoot as I did.
