A large artist apartment with eclectic rooms tucked away in Park Slope. Featuring creative decor and unique ephemera, our space is a fully decorated Studio/ Bar/ and Artist's Loft in a +100 year old textile factory building. The Studio is a large open space with fire escape balcony and two windows, divided by a partition with an archway door. It includes a furnished futon sofa, artwork, mannequins, table, and chairs, all which can be removed. Optional duvetyn is available for light blocking. The Bar is made from a salvaged desk from 1894 with hand finished plaster walls and scenic painting. It's located in a narrow space with custom lighting fixtures and a collection of antique costumes and masks. The Living Room, Dining Area, and Kitchen are fully furnished with our eclectic collection of small props, textiles, and furniture. Includes: wifi tables chairs tea and filtered water unique design, decor and furnishings painted back drops sound system dressing rooms (2 bedrooms) a very photogenic cat! Available 7 days a week Conveniently located blocks from the F, G, R and N trains, with Home Depot, Lowes, and Big Reuse a few minutes drive away for last minute supplies. Please be sure your booking includes enough time to set up and wrap up your event. Your time will start when the first person arrives or when you are scheduled to begin, whichever comes first. Overtime will be billed at 1.5x your hourly rate. Our minimum booking is 4hrs. If our schedule allows, we may be able to accommodate shorter bookings at $150 (firm) for up to 3hrs. This does not include cleaning or processing fees.

Lovely, quirky space. Kristen was very helpful and responsive. Probably better for photo rather than video due to sound and a couple of interruptions by the neighbors. For our interview shoot we were able to work around everything though. It's a wild, DIY space with lots of theatrical paraphernalia.
