3bedroom / 2bath condo on the second floor of a garden style building with elevator access from covered reserved parking on first floor of four story building. Good size living room including leather couch and seats, baby grand piano which opens to dining area all can be used as the perfect clean slate. Large master bedroom with newly renovated bathroom (clean white marble look) and smaller guest bedroom - can be staged as needed. Good for production or product shoots as well as personal branding and lifestyle content.
