Our home has been beautifully decorated and designed to accommodate you and your guests for a comfortable booking. We hope that you will use our home in a manner that is respectful to us and our neighbors. We take pride in providing a wonderful experience to all of our guests. You and your guests will love the openness and flow of our home. Break from the days activities and enjoy the fruits of your labor in our state of the art Zero-Gravity Message Chairs. This home is great for photoshoots, videotaping, and small intimate events for up to 35 people. Tables, chairs, and Large Speakers are available for your use (at additional cost). Owner must be present throughout your booking.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
