Hotel Astoria was built in 1921 and constructed to be the tallest building on the Oregon Coast. The Ruins is located in the heart of downtown Astoria just three blocks from restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The space features floor to ceiling natural light, historic architecture & crown moulding and an enchanting ambiance of an era gone by. The Ruins has been restored to its natural beauty without compromising the authenticity of the historic structure. Facilities and Capacity: 2200 sq ft The space is two stories tall and at the center are eight corinthian columns the rise to the ceiling and encircle a stunning mezzanine. The venue has Gothic details and a wall of windows for natural light. The space can accommodate 150 seated guests with a max capacity of 250. The venue has a grand entrance, low profile stage, serving bar, restrooms and so many unique touches. Features: - Dimmable lighting - Functional kitchen - Large floor-to-ceiling windows - Changing area There are two restrooms on the first floor. We do not have an elevator to the 2nd floor as this is a historic building. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. The space is a converted hotel originally built in the late 1800's and has many original qualities still intact. We are located in downtown Astoria next to many restaurants, bars and the waterfront.
