Koko S. booked a movie night for 15 people
I recently rented the space for a movie screening social. I was pleasantly impressed with the fact that the space was as pictured if not better. We had a bit of a hiccup setting up the projector but eventually all went well. Conrad was kind enough to give us access to some things I forgot to bring along. It was just awesome to feel a sense of normalcy given the times we are in. The only minor setback is not being able to extend the time past 10pm, but I wholeheartedly understand that there is a noise ordinance in place. All in all the rustic, industrial aesthetic was absolutely perfect! Thank you again Conrad!

The place is nice. However Conrad made my birthday event very stressful and unpleasant. First the host placed a camera on top of the fridge which in my opinion is a breach to my privacy because he did not inform me of it prior to the event. The host kept harassing me with calls and threatened to call the police at 8 pm; according to him we were making too much noise although it was truly because we mistakenly declined his call. The last straw was when he called me at 9:30 pm telling my guests to leave, and I quote: "Those that are not cleaning should get out" when I booked the place until 10 pm. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone trying to have a celebration/party. Admittedly, twice we were louder than expected, but there is no excuse for harassment and the sort of customer service that he showed.
