All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located in the Expo Park historic district just outside downtown, ours is a modern photography and video studio space with tons of beautiful natural light and polished concrete floors. With a sleek, industrial vibe, the studio features 15 foot ceilings, four bays of huge 10 foot windows, light filtering curtains, seamless backdrops of various sizes and colors, hand painted canvas backdrops (for rent) to add an artistic, chic look to your work, cool designer furniture and all of the lighting gear (for rent) needed to make your vision come to life. Backdrop colors include white, dark blue, dark grey, black, beige, orange, light blue, pink and crimson.

No smoking or animals allowed.
No nudity (full or partial). Lingerie is fine.
No alcohol allowed.
No glitter, confetti, fake snow, feathers and powdery substances.
No smoke machines or aerosol sprays.
No honey, chocolate syrup or anything sticky or messy.
No water, body oils, lotions or creams on furniture and backdrops.
No fire or fireworks (unlit candles ok).
No cake smashing.
No loud music.
No affixing anything to walls including nailing, taping or hanging.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Please ask host in helping moving furniture.

I have a studio in shreveport where I’m from but had a client needing me in Dallas. So, of course I needed a studio that would give me the same look as mine back home. Brian’s space is even better than advertised. It’s so clean & modern & the props & backdrops are not only so cute & modern but are easy to access. Brian also gave us our space so that we could do our thing. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Brian!
