About the Space
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: *We have a firm 5 person MAX capacity and cannot accommodate groups larger than this. Failure to follow our capacity limit will result in an immediate termination of your session with no refund or a fine depending on the circumstances. *Shooting of the exterior of the building and common areas (hallways and stairway) of brownstone is not permitted. Please no loitering/smoking outside the building before or after your session and keep voices / noise to a minimum during check in/check out.* *NO ANIMALS/PETS ALLOWED. *ANY OVERTIME IS 1.5X THE NORMAL HOURLY RATE.* Bathroom: *SHARED BATHROOM is located down the hall. Photo/ video usage is NOT PERMITTED in bathroom. ABOUT THE SPACE: A beautifully lit 350 square foot studio apartment inside a pre-war brownstone, located in Bed-Stuy, on a block lined with trees and Brownstones. Perfect for natural light photography or videography. Light: The window wall of the space is South facing. It gets incredible direct light in the morning and early afternoon. Viewings: Viewings are not offered prior to bookings
