Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings

About the Space

Come enjoy our 4,500sqft home. Study, Music room, living room, dining room, game room and media room along with a reading nook. 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Front porch, back porch and balcony. A nice global mix of modern rustic, farmhouse, French country, industrial and mid century. !!! PLEASE NOTE ‼️ The host will be onsite during your event for questions or any needed assistance. ‼️ PLEASE NOTE: Booked time includes set-up and break down If overnight is required be contact us for additional pricing. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Dacia is amazing! Anything I needed didn't have to ask twice. The house is beautiful and spacious, as well as the backyard.I honestly felt at home. I will definitely book with her again.

I had a great time at Dacia’s home. She’s so personable and hospitable. I was very comfortable there and everything was like as pictured. You must remove your shoes at the door which I understand! Would definitely book again in the future.
