Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We ask our clients, employees, and network of talented individuals follow the rules below. Neither party shall be liable to the other for any cost or damages in the event that studio sessions are cancelled at the direction or recommendation of Federal, State or Local Government.
Concerning Clients & Renters:
Please maintain social distancing – a minimum of 6 ft between people at all times.
Face coverings are required for clients, employees, and all other personnel on set or inside the studio space.
Daily health screening of all employees upon arrival using CDC screening questions and a temperature check.
We require employees and clients to stay home if symptomatic.
We ask clients who can work with remote approvals please do so. However, we are considerate of the creative needs of being on set.
The studio must follow a maximum capacity of 25 people, or the percentage currently allowed by state mandates.
If any of our employees or clients, recently in the studio, have confirmed cases all the people that have been in contact will be notified via email and phone calls.
Concerning Workspaces
Frequent disinfection of desks, workstations, and high-contact surfaces
Daily deep disinfection of desks, workstations, and communal spaces
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

About the Space
Large studio for photography, videography, or private events. Our space features high ceilings, drive in capability, client lounge, private conference room, and large kitchen with commercial appliances. Power is set up for the highest demands of commercial photography and videography work. This studio is fantastic for food photography/videography and includes basic grip such as C-Stands, Apple Boxes, V-Flats and Sandbags.
