We reserve the right to keep your full security deposit and could result in immediate eviction if any of the below rules are broken.
1. SUPPORT: DO NOT go to the leasing office, concierge/front desk, staff, or permanent residents for assistance. The office and staff only support permanent residents and have no record of you. We are the only available contact during your stay.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Party or group gathering involving unregistered guests could result in immediate eviction and will result in minimum charge of $500 charged on credit card on file.
3. OCCUPANCY: The occupancy limit is strictly enforced and excess persons can result in eviction
4. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 9 AM. Please avoid making excessive noise during that time out of respect for our neighbors
5. SMOKING: This is a 100% non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted on premises. You may smoke 20ft outside of the building’s entrances and on the rooftop.
6. PETS: Pets are not allowed on the rental property unless prior approval has been given
Additional rules
- Please wash dishes and retain the cleanliness of the property. (Trash chute located on the 21st floor)
- please take off your shoes when walking on the rugs inside the unit!
- please wipe away any make-up or stain causing substance before using any bedding or towels.
- please always turn off the lights, Ac/heater, and any other appliances when not in use.
- No parties are permitted
-no smoking of any kind in the unit or building.
- There are only 4 guest allowed in the unit during your stay.
- No third party bookings allowed!
- No mail or packages delivered to the property.
- No loud music
