About the Space

This is a full facility rate. Our facility is located in west Broward . We it has a 24 foot GreenScreen wall, four 8 foot back drops. Colors are Red, Blue, White and Gray. In addition we have a full music production studio, Podcasts room with equipment. Kitchen /Meeting Room. Our facility perfect for video production, a private meeting, presentations or a secluded place to create. There is a 8x12 warehouse rolling garage door for vehicle access. Our facility is fully air-conditioned. Book our facility and let you for the creative mind flow.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

First, let me say Ben was an excellent host, he was there waiting on time, very helpful and accommodating, a very cool guy. This has a great studio area, large space with green screen perfect for shooting our Mother's Day Video. There is a place for photo shoots and a place for Podcasts and a recording studio, it has everything. We will be using it again! Mary S. Owner, ForLifeTV Network
