  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our facility is located in west Broward it offers a 24 foot greenscreen wall four 8 foot back drops colors are red, blue, white and gray,. In addition there is full music production recirding studio with protools. Podcasts area and equipment/kitchen /meeting room. Our facility perfect for video production. We have a 8x12 warehouse rolling garage door for vehicle access. Our facility is fully air-conditioned. The facility is filled with space and opportunity for the creative mind to flow.

Yes, I would book again.

First, let me say Ben was an excellent host, he was there waiting on time, very helpful and accommodating, a very cool guy. This has a great studio area, large space with green screen perfect for shooting our Mother's Day Video. There is a place for photo shoots and a place for Podcasts and a recording studio, it has everything. We will be using it again! Mary S. Owner, ForLifeTV Network
