Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Space is thoroughly cleaned after each booking. Hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and soap is available.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

This space includes an abundance of natural light with a open layout for you to be creative with it. What activities work well in your space? photo shoots, video shoots, meetings, small events, birthday celebrations, studio set up What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? Open space (no furniture currently other than a (2) folded chairs/(2)stools/(1) 6ft long table What unique features or amenities does your space have? Back yard has parking area for up to 2 cars. Street parking is also available. Metered parking is also available near by.

General Rules

All event requests must be approved. Outside catering allowed. All doors must remain closed during books. If smoking please crack window. Please just treat space as your own.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
